ReDi – Terms of Use & Data Protection Consent

By tapping “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below on behalf of yourself and/or your organization.


1. Software Usage

ReDi is a proprietary sales operations software provided by TRIAD Technologies Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReDi only for your internal business operations.

You may not:

  • Copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, or resell the software
  • Share access or features with third parties
  • Use ReDi to build or enable competing products

2. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • All business data entered into ReDi remains your property
  • TRIAD acts as a data processor to provide the software
  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent

TRIAD follows reasonable security practices in compliance with:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

3. Aggregate & Anonymized Data Usage

You allow TRIAD to use data in an aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable form for:

  • Product improvement
  • Analytics and research
  • System performance and reliability

This usage will not identify you, your retailers, or individuals.


4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All software logic, workflows, designs, and features of ReDi are confidential and proprietary to TRIAD.

The name “ReDi” and its branding are owned and used by TRIAD.

Trademark registration may be pending. You agree not to claim, copy, register, or challenge similar names or branding.


5. Pricing & Subscription

  • Subscription fees apply as per the selected plan
  • Any discount applies only to the first billing, unless stated otherwise
  • Pricing will not change during your active subscription term

6. Future Financial Services (Important)

TRIAD may, in the future, offer optional financial or trade-finance services.

  • These services are not active today
  • Your data will not be used for lending or shared with financial institutions without your explicit opt-in
  • Declining such services will not affect your access to ReDi

7. Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, breach of terms, or non-payment.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
